From a real-estate enquiry to a site visit
A sales team needs to know where an enquiry came from, who owns it and what happens next. Here is a practical way to organize that work around the AlterLabs Lead Management System.
1. Bring enquiries into one list
Connected Facebook and Instagram lead forms, website enquiries and imported lists are the entry points described in the LMS offer. Agree the source setup before launch and test it with a clearly identified test enquiry.
2. Give each lead an owner
An enquiry needs someone responsible for its next action. Record the source and status so the team can understand the handoff without searching separate spreadsheets or conversations.
3. Record the next follow-up
After a call, record what happened and the next step. The My Day view helps the team see follow-ups; telecallers can continue calling from their phones. This does not imply automatic call recording.
4. Coordinate the site visit
When the prospect is ready, keep the site-visit step alongside the lead. Your team should agree how visit details and outcomes are recorded, including rescheduling and no-shows.
5. Review the process
Review leads without a next step and clarify who should act. Start with a simple operating routine before adding more stages or automation.
What to bring to a demo
Bring your lead sources, team roles, current follow-up process and a sample of the fields you use. Ask the team to demonstrate the workflow and confirm the integrations, setup and plan that fit your business.
