Privacy policy
This policy explains what information alterlabs.in collects when you visit it, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website only. Our products (for example the Lead Management System, AlterVoice and client projects) have their own terms and data agreements.
Who we are

What we collect
When you just browse. Our web server keeps standard access logs: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use them to keep the site running and secure, and delete them after about 10 days.
Analytics, only if you accept. If you click Accept on our analytics banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful. It records pages viewed, clicks on contact buttons (as a type of click, for example "WhatsApp click", without the number or message), approximate location from your IP, and device and browser type. We do not use it for advertising: advertising storage and personalisation stay switched off. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months. If you click Reject, or do nothing, Google Analytics does not load at all.
When you contact us. The site has no forms. If you message us on WhatsApp, email us or call us, we receive what you choose to send (for example your name, number and your requirement) through that service. We use it only to reply to you and to provide what you asked for.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your information.
- We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking on this website.
- We do not send you marketing messages unless you have asked us to.
Cookies and local storage
al_consent_v1(stored in your browser): remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics. It stays until you clear it._gaand_ga_*cookies: set by Google Analytics only after you accept. They are deleted if you later choose Reject.
You can change your choice at any time with the "Analytics choices" link in the footer of any page.
Who else processes data
- Google (Google Analytics 4), only after you accept. See https://policies.google.com/privacy.
- WhatsApp (Meta), Google Workspace (email) and our telephone provider, when you choose to contact us through them.
- Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services (Mumbai region), which runs the server.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to sales@alterlabs.in with the subject "Privacy request". We aim to reply within 30 days. The AlterLabs team handles privacy requests and complaints at the same address.
Children
This website is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
